Is your nursery open to the public?
No, we are strictly a wholesale operation and are not open to the public for visits, tours or retail sales.
How do I order plants?
If you are a prospective customer, please fill out our Contact Form. We also require each order to have a minimum of 24 plants total and at least 12 per variety. Please see our Wholesale Policy for details.
What plants are currently available for purchase?
Our nursery specializes in Oncidinae Intergenerics, Miltonopsis hybrids, Paphiopedilums and Select Orchid Species in a range of size and blooming stages. Availability Lists are sent out on a weekly basis to active customers. For our most up to date inventory please contact our office. Not all orchids presented on our site are available for purchase.
How are plants shipped?
Plants are carefully packaged and boxed by our trained staff. All boxes are shipped via FedEx or UPS, per customer’s choice. There is a charge of $20 per box for standard packing or $25 per box if insulated packing is required when shipping through or to colder temperatures. Where do you ship?
Currently our nursery is certified to ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
How may I file a claim for damaged or missing plants?
Within 48 hours of receiving the damaged, missing and or incorrect shipments please contact our office and provide photo documentation. We will try our best to remedy the situation with you but make no other guarantees or warranties beyond the 48 hour window.
Can I return damaged plants?
No, due to state agriculture regulations plants that have left Hawaii will not be allowed to be shipped back.
